SHERIF is an Egyptian-American music artist and song writer

SHERIF is known for his conceptually driven bodies of work, vivid storytelling and eclectic blend of hip-hop, synth-pop and alternative R&B. From the cinematic soundscapes of When You Live Forever and Heartthrob, to the kinetic energy of Afterparty and What It's Like To Be Human, he is constantly reinventing himself through a constant outpour of full length albums.

With a father from Cairo and mother from New Orleans, his musical influences range from jazz funk to arabian percussion. A versatile creative, he also moonlights as an actor, writer and children's book author.

His music has been recently featured on BET's Sistas, MTV's Teen Moms, and the feature film Hatchet Man 2.
