Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. It is very important to read the product page, title, and description thoroughly before making a purchase.
Your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:
1. **Accidental Duplicate Purchases**
If you accidentally purchased two of the same product, we will gladly refund the duplicate purchase(s). Please contact us here!
2. **Technical Issues with the Product**
If you encounter a technical problem, please reach out to us with specific information about the issue. If there is a consistently reproducible error with the product files that cannot be resolved, let us know. Please note that refunds for products with alleged technical issues will only be processed if sufficient information is provided regarding how the error occurred.
3. **Misrepresentation of the Product**
A product is considered "misrepresented" if it does not match the described function in the product description, or if an item stated to be included is not delivered. Misrepresentation does not include subjective opinions about the quality or appearance of an item.
For example, a product would be misrepresented if the description promised clean lines but the delivered product shows noticeable pixelation at 100%. However, a product would NOT be misrepresented simply because a buyer feels that it “doesn’t look good” or “isn’t high quality compared to other items purchased.”
We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
- You no longer need the purchased product.
- You found another product that you prefer, or you’ve changed your mind about your purchase.
- You lack the necessary expertise to use the product.
- You do not have the correct software (as described in the listing) to open and edit the product. Software requirements may be listed in several ways, including "Compatible with" information below the product screenshot, file type, or within the product description.
- You accidentally bought an item, and our system shows that the product has already been downloaded.
- You believe that the item is of low quality.
- You are experiencing difficulties downloading the product due to slow or unstable internet, or similar issues related to your internet service.
